Training sessions will take place on Mondays and/or Wednesdays. We will have two times slots, from 6PM to 7PM for 4th Graders - 7th Graders and 7PM - 8PM for 8th Graders - High Schoolers.*
There are two packages to choose from; 1 training a week for a total of 4 sessions, or 2 sessions a week for 8 total sessions. Prices are as shown below.
Your athlete will only need to bring themselves and water/sports drink. We highly recommend wearing athletic apparel that your athlete will feel comfortable running in such as shorts, sweats, t-shirts, athletic shoes or cleats.
Our trainer will be Mac McLachlan. Mac has a master’s degree in Exercise Science, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), he has worked with Eastern Washington University's Football, Volleyball and Women's Soccer teams along with the Edmonds-Woodway High School Baseball and Football teams. Mac is also a Sno-King Youth Club Alumni! We are very fortunate to have him offer to help build athleticism with our young athletes in the greater Edmonds area.
